The Spring Mill Café

Memorable French Provincial cuisine spiced with exotic North African dishes in a cozy, informal country setting. The Spring Mill Cafe serves brunch, lunch, tea time and dinner. Weather permitting, limited outdoor seating is also available.

A complete selection of appetizers, soups, salads, entrées, cheeses and desserts that will delight your taste buds. Specialties include hearty patés, traditional French dishes featuring boeuf bourguignon, rabbit stew and cassoulet Carcassonne, and Café specials such as B'stilla Marocaine and tajine. Desserts range from French classics crème caramel and chocolate mousse to chocolate cake with raspberry fudge and daffodil cake.
